The Courtyards offers a wide range of amenities to its homeowners:
Pool & Spa
The Courtyards swimming pool is heated from Spring through the Fall. The spa is heated year-round.
Pool Hours:
Fri & Sat: 8 a.m. to Midnight
Sun – Thurs: 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
The Luther Dodge Room
The Luther Dodge Room can be reserved by any homeowner. Some fees apply. To reserve the room, please download and sign the Luther Dodge Room Agreement Form, then return the completed form to the Management Office.
$25/day cleaning fee
$200 refundable security deposit
The Gym
The gym has a wide range of free-weights and nautilus equipment. It’s located on the ground floor of Building J, underneath the Management Office.
Gym Hours:
Fri & Sat – 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Sun – Thurs – 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Laundry
Owners are permitted to install stacked washer/dryers in their units provided they meet all HOA restrictions. Additionally, The Courtyards offers three well maintained laundry rooms for owners. Machines are operated via key card which can be obtained and refilled in the Mail Room in Building J.
Laundry Hours:
North Garage – 24 hours
South Garage – 24 hours
Building J – 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Library
The Library is located on the first floor of Building J and contains a wide range of reading material as well as a conference table for meetings.
Library Hours:
7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Parking
Ample parking is available to owners throughout our spacious north and south garages. Owners enter through one of two driveways on Sweetzer Ave. and exit onto Kings Rd. Garages are gated and monitored 24-hours via security cameras.
Sauna
Men’s and Women’s saunas and restrooms are available on the first floor of Building J. Saunas are timer and temperature controlled.
